Hi, I'm Jodie, the founder of FLEXD.

After many years working in the health and fitness industry, I saw the same frustrations time and time again. Women wanted to feel strong, healthy and confident, but too often their activewear became the distraction.

Leggings that rolled down.

Sports bras that never felt quite right.

Clothing that made women more aware of their bodies instead of helping them enjoy movement.

It never made sense to me.

Like many women, I've experienced the disappointment of buying activewear that looked great online but didn't deliver when it mattered. I wanted to create a place where women could shop with confidence, knowing every piece had been thoughtfully chosen for comfort, support and real life, not just how it looked.
