My name is Jodie and I am the founder of Flexd Activewear (FLEXD). I have been part of the health and fitness industry for many years and through that experience, I have seen firsthand how the right activewear can completely change the way you feel about yourself - not just when you’re training, but in everyday life.

I created FLEXD with one clear goal: to bring confidence to all women, not just some. Too often there is a disconnect between how activewear looks and how real women live, move and feel in their bodies.
