Flat rate of $15 per order. Delivery within 3-5 business days within the Express Post network.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At FLEXD, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order:

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for wrong size or colour, as long as the item:

  • Has all original tags and labels attached

  • Has not been worn, washed, or altered

  • Is free from odours, makeup, or marks

However, a detailed sizing chart is provided on each product page and colour options are displayed clearly. We encourage customers to review these before purchasing to ensure the correct choice.

RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes situations where you:

  • Decide you no longer want the product.

  • Prefer a different product after receiving your order

FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Drinkware (tumblers, bottles, shakers) - cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale/Clearance items - final sale, no returns or exchanges on these items.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of FLEXD Activewear. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please note:

Timeframe & Condition

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Faulty/incorrect items must be reported before the item is worn or washed.

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Proof & Assessment

  • Provide a clear description and photo evidence of the fault.

  • All claims are assessed by our team before a replacement, or refund is issued.

Exclusions (not eligible as faults)

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed.

  • Any item not cared for according to our washing instructions.

  • Fit, comfort, or colour preference (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).

If Approved

  • For approved faults, FLEXD will cover return postage and provide a replacement or refund.
