RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At FLEXD, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order:
EXCHANGES (AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND)
We happily offer exchanges for size adjustments only, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in it’s original packaging.
Hygiene: Items must be entirely free from makeup, fake tan, marks, or odours.
RETURN SHIPPING
Australia: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for size exchanges.
New Zealand: Customers are responsible for all international return shipping charges, duties and taxes. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as FLEXD is not responsible for items lost in transit.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page to help you choose the correct fit prior to purchasing.
This policy includes instances where you:
Decide you no longer want or need the product.
Prefer a different style or colour after receiving your order.
FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Drinkware (tumblers, bottles, shakers) - cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Sale/Clearance items - final sale, no returns or exchanges on these items.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take immense pride in the design and technical quality of FLEXD Activewear. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please review our requirements below:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The issue must be reported before the item is worn, washed or altered.
Tags: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
Proof & Assessment
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the fault. All claims are thoroughly assessed by our team before a replacement or refund is issued.
Exclusions (not eligible as faults)
Please note that the following are strictly excluded from our faulty items policy and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Altered Condition: Any item that has been worn, washed, or has had its original tags removed.
Improper Care: Any item not cared for according to our washing instructions.
Personal Preference: Issues regarding fit, comfort, or colour preference.
If Approved
For approved faults, FLEXD will cover the cost of return postage and promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund.
